Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using XFORGE AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service

XFORGE AI provides AI generation tools including Image, Video, Audio, Marketing, and Gallery studios. Service is provided as-is and as-available, subject to credit balance, fair use, and provider uptime.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to bypass billing, or harm other users.

4. Acceptable use

• ·Do not generate illegal, harmful, or non-consensual intimate content.
• ·Do not infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• ·Do not attempt to jailbreak models, scrape the service, or disrupt infrastructure.
• ·Do not resell access or automate generation in ways that violate rate limits or these Terms.

5. Credits & payments

Generations consume Credits from your wallet. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside XFORGE AI. Purchases (plans and top-ups) are processed via Razorpay. Daily Pulse rewards are discretionary promotional credits. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once credits are delivered. On our own billing failures we protect your wallet; third-party provider outages do not automatically entitle refunds.

6. Intellectual property

Subject to provider model licenses and applicable law, you retain rights in outputs you generate. You grant XFORGE AI a license to host and process inputs/outputs solely to operate the service. The XFORGE brand, UI, and routing software remain our property.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XFORGE AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content produced by third-party models. Our aggregate liability related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
